ATM problem - nochmal !
 

Hallo liebe Xedos fans.
Leider ist mein deutsch etwas rostig, also schreibe ich auf englisch.

I am having a mecanical problem with the automatic gearbox on my Xedos 9. When the engine and gearbox is cold it makes a hard shift from 1. to 2. gear. No problems with the other gears, and no problems when the engine is warm after 5 minutes. Then it shifts like a dream. I just changed the ATM liquid (Liqui Moly TOP TEC ATF 1200 - always used this on my former owned Xedos 6 and 9) and the filter. Still does the same hard shift. Car has 100.000 km "on the clock". Does anybody have a solution or diagnose to this problem. ???

Ich antworte auf Deutsch, ist das OK? Englisch wäre aber auch kein Problem...

Wieviel Öl hast du gewechselt? Die Gesamtfüllung beträgt ca. 8-9 Liter.

Ich würde noch den Zusatz von Lubegard dazugeben:

Antwort in Deutsch ist OK.
Ich habe um die 8,8 liter ATM oel.
Vielleicht versuche ich es mit LubeGuard, wenn alles andere nicht hilft.

Du meinst, du hast 8,8 L gefüllt? Wie hast du das geschafft?
Normal gehen ja nur 2-3 Liter raus wenn man die Ölwanne demontiert (um auch den Filter wechseln zu können.).

Anhang 9117After demount of the "oelwanne" I changed the filter and cleaned the magnet. Assembly again. I deatached one rubber hoses on the bottom of the ATM cooler. Atached a hoses to a 5 liter can of ATM oil, see photo. Old oil from oil cooler hose running down under the car to a 10 liter empty bucket. New oil from hose down in oelwanne through the oil messure stick hole. Same amount pured in as was pured out while engine was running and in D (drive) to flush the converter and filling it at the same time.
It worked just like a professional ATM flushing machine.

Achso, dann hast du wirklich eine Spülung gemacht! Top!
Hattest du das Problem vor dem Spülen auch schon?

NO. Only service and change of ATM oil at 90000 km. Problem with the hard shift from 1. to 2. gear started at about 100.000 km

Aha, OK.
Dann versuch das Lubegard.

Also 90.000km mit einem Öl gefahren? Könnte seien dass es ein mechanisches Problem ist und das Getriebe am sterben ist...

Was ist nicht OK daran? Ich finde eine Spülung alle 80-90t km ist i.O.
Vorallem weil ja Mazda sagt: "Wartungsfrei"

Was ist deine Info? Bzw. was machst du?
