I think a difference between Serial 1 and 2 are the Heck-Lights (rear-lights)
Xedos6 serial 1 has red/white hecklight, serial2 has Red/orange hecklights. It still has another defferenzes too into the interior. Steeringweel is another one, Serial 2 has a Tempomat and some features more.
