The first one could be the watertemp sensor nearby the fillcap.
Not all Mazda V6 have there a sensor.

Can´t you compare with your KF?

Have you checked Nr. 3?
As below:

If at hole Nr. 3 there is a screwed hole at the block you could drill a hole in the bearing body and use that for second screw.

Please check. Maybe this hole will fit with Nr. 3 of your bearing body:

The grey one is not the tempsensor.

Today I picked upp the car and checked it. I noticed that the vris system doesnt react. The two wings with the vaccum doesnt move when im use the gas trohtle.

The mechanic has no idea. :-/

I will check by myself if there is faulty codes.

I understand what VRIS does but it will not start turning around the right RPM.

Did it work before you have swap the the engine?

Are all electrical connections ok.

The vacuum hoses must be ok as same.

The two VRIS elements have each a rod. This could be rusted.

And sometime the vacuum is not seal. Then it works not, too.

Strange but after some days it works again! :-)
No faulty codes before.

I missed to remove the throttle house adapter plate when we used the 2.5 throttle house. That sits between throttle house and the intake manifold. Will it do a lot to remove it? Ive seen that others with 2.5 V6 does not have it attached!
