Starting Problem
 

Hallo Leute , ich bin neu in diesem Forum , aber nicht auf die Xedos6 , bin ich derzeit auf meinem dritten man nun 95 Modell hat es ein kleines Problem entwickelt , vor kurzem hat es i Weile, bis in den Morgen starten. Ich würde den Schlüssel und nichts zu machen! dann würde ich versuchen, versuchen, versuchen Sie es erneut , und schließlich würde es umdrehen ein wenig , dann ein bisschen mehr , bis es schließlich in Betrieb genommen , hat nur ein paar Mal , da die meisten der Zeit es feuert ersten Mal kein Problem passiert ist, aber auf dem od Anlass ist dieses Problem hat , habe ich , um die Batterie überprüft und seine voll aufgeladen und der Wechselstromgenerator funktioniert perfekt , aber hin und wieder scheint es, gibt es jetzt Macht , um das Auto zu starten, aber mit ein bisschen Patienten sie startet mit einem kleinen Kampf , dank für jede Hilfe die Sie haben können , ich habe mein Bestes getan, um diesen Artikel zu übersetzen

Hi, I am new to this forum but not to the Xedos6, I am currently on my third one now 95 model,it has developed a small problem, recently it took a while to start up in the morning. I would turn the key and nothing! I would try try try again, and eventually it would turn a little, then a little more until it finally started,this has only happened a few times as most of the time it starts first time no problem but on the od occasion I have to turn the key a few times to get any life out of it,I have checked the battery and its fully charged and the alternator is working perfectly, but sometimes it seems there is no power to start the car, but with a some patients it starts with a small fight, thanks for any help you may have.

maybe no solution but a hint: i experienced the same problem when i was in sweden with my X9. when humidity was high (like on foggy days or on evenings when having parked near a lake), the electric starter didn't do anything. but by letting the car run "down the hill" and letting the clutch "come", the engine started within some meters. so i assume, there must be something wrong with the electric starter.
anyway, this problem NEVER occured again when i came back to austria. so i never tested or replaced the starter...

Maybe a groundwire from engine to chassis or the maincable to starter has a bigger resistance.

Ah yes,i work for Jaguar Land Rover and when i explained the problem to one of our auto elecs he said the same thing,i will check the wire the second it stops raining,been raining for days now! he mentioned the earth wire to the starter motor may be corroded or have come loose i hope this is the problem because it also sounds easy to fix! many thanks:)
