Cooling problem. ;-/
Hi!
I have had this problem for a couple of weeks now but now i must fix it. The water comes out from the expansionstank on the left under the tank. And the car gets to hot. It seems the vacuum doesn't take the water forward the the cooler.? How do you take out the air properly? guide? Anders = ) |
Cooling system should take out air itself.
The cover´s must be Ok. Sometimes they get old and the system works no more fine. Open both covers. Fill the water in the one which is locatet higher. When water comes out from the deeper one, close it. Fill water in the upper one till it is full, close it. Look in the watertank an fill in to high. Now run the engine and heater. |
More problem:
The expansionstank on the left side getting full after driving for a while and when the engine is cold down the water is still there all the way up :-/ I have had blown air in the rubber host and no problem there. Also the temp meter is getting close to the upper marking because its low inside of water. If I turn right the meter goes up more and then down a little bit. I tried to do exactly as you said but now this is the problem. |
Maybe the thermostat is broken, are all cooling hoses hot?
The two big one´s which going to the radiator? The Engine is basicly the same which ist in the Ford Probe called KLDE. |
The termostat is new! = )
