Stoßdämpfer problem

Hello!

I think my car is little jumpy all the time. So i guess its the Shock? (Stoßdämpfer).

On xedos 6 is it often the rear or front you exchange ?

New weels and tires!

Witch shock should i buy on ebay? Any idea?
