windscreen seal

Hello again,has anybody else had this problem on the X6? the seal at the top of the wind screen will not stay in,im trying my best to bring my baby back to life on its 20th year but this seal will not listen to me no matter what i do!!!! it really ruins the look of the car! has anybody managed to figure this problem out? thank you for any information

yes this is the terrible state of my X6.
any help would be fantastic,i have tried everything but fitting a brand new seal,but i dont think you can get hold of any

my X6 22 years old do have the same problem.
But the window has no leakage and is fixed (untill now).
I think it is typical effect of Xedos 6.
Is there anyone who got real problems with the outcoming seal?
Lost a Windows or got leakage?

Unfortunaltely I've no idea ho to fix this problem.

I don't think there will be leakage because of this. Because the screen is mounted and sealed by special glue.
The outside seal is there for optic and the keep out water and dust from that area. But I don't expect leakage into the car.

hey,

i had the same problem, Mazda has done it for me. They solved it with seal....
It is bad for long time to drive when its not fixed.
It starts to get rusty on the A-pillar and then comes water in the inside from the car...
Or if you are lucky like me it want to fly away on the freeway that is really bad and not funny....

I really recommend to fix it.
